Quietsite blocks the sites that pull you off course, then gets out of your way. Most blockers cap the free version at a handful of sites, bury an upgrade pop-up in the block page, and route your browsing through their servers. Quietsite does the one job a blocker should do, cleanly and honestly. WHAT IT DOES • Block any site, a specific path (like youtube.com/shorts), or a keyword. Subdomains are covered automatically. • Focus sessions: a timed 25, 50, or 90 minute block of everything except your allow list, with a live countdown in the toolbar. • Daily time limits: give a site a set amount of time each day (say 30 minutes of Reddit), and it blocks itself once you have used it up. Time counts only while the tab is in front, and resets every morning. • Schedule: turn blocking on automatically during work hours, on the days you choose. • Block the feed, keep the tool: one tap to block YouTube Shorts, Reddit popular, the X home feed, and more. • Your own reminder: see the reason you set the block, in your own words, instead of a generic error. • Strict mode: a PIN to change settings, and a lock so you cannot quit a focus session early. • Make it yours: land on the people and moments you are choosing over the feed.
