Quiets YouTube video titles

This extension 'quiets' YouTube video titles by formatting video titles to a more readable manner. BECAUSE NO ONE LIKES ALL CAPS. You can select a variety of formats to customize titles to your eyes' liking. Please note, this is an early release, and as such may not exhibit perfect behavior. Some minor bugs may remain but will be patched soon. :) This is an open source effort, and as such can be contributed to [here](https://github.com/hawkins/quiet-title)!
