Overview

Keep the site. Kill the feed. Hides doomscroll surfaces on YouTube, X, LinkedIn, and Reddit.

You do not need YouTube gone. You need the feed gone. This extension removes the parts of each site built to keep you scrolling, and leaves the parts you actually came for. YouTube: the home feed and Shorts disappear. Search, subscriptions, playlists, and watch pages work exactly as before. X: the For You tab, trends, and suggestion modules disappear. Your Following timeline, profiles, messages, and search stay. LinkedIn: the feed and news rail disappear. Jobs, messaging, profiles, and search stay. Reddit: the home and popular feeds disappear. Any subreddit you visit directly works as normal. Every surface has its own toggle. Turn any of them back on whenever you choose. Privacy: this extension collects nothing. No analytics, no tracking, no accounts. The only network request it ever makes is downloading a public list of hide rules, so fixes reach you within a day when a site changes its layout, without waiting for an extension update.
