Overview
One-click jump from any page on your Squarespace site to its editor.
You're on a page of your own Squarespace site, and you spot a typo, an outdated price, or a paragraph you want to rewrite. The usual fix is a detour: open a new tab, go to your Squarespace admin panel, click Pages, hunt through the page tree, click in... and by then you've lost the thread of what you wanted to change. QuickEdit puts a small pencil in the top-left corner of every page on a site you've mapped. Click it, and that exact page opens right in the Squarespace editor. HOW IT WORKS • A pencil sits in the top-left corner of every page on your mapped site — out of the way until you need it. • Click it, and the page opens in the editor in the same tab, full-width, with the page-tree sidebar tucked away so you can focus on your content. • Want a new tab instead? Hover the pencil, and a second button drops down to open the editor in a new tab. • Inside the editor, that same corner becomes a back arrow that takes you straight back to the live page. Hover it, and a button drops down to show or hide the sidebar whenever you need the page tree. SET UP ONCE • Click the toolbar icon to open Settings. • Add your sites by hand, or click "Import from Squarespace" to pull your site list straight from your dashboard. • Visit any page on a mapped site, and the pencil appears. You grant access to each site the first time, with a one-time prompt. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No accounts, no tracking. Nothing is collected or sent anywhere. • Your site mappings stay on your device. • It uses your existing Squarespace login and never asks for your credentials. • Minimal permissions: broad website access is optional and requested only for the specific sites you map. Works in Chrome, Brave, Edge, and any Chromium browser. QuickEdit is an independent project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Squarespace. "Squarespace" is a trademark of Squarespace, Inc.
