When a nonprofit gift officer records a voice note in QuickAction, AI extracts structured action fields — constituent name, category, type, date, time, summary, and notes. This extension automatically fills those fields into the RE NXT Add Action form, eliminating manual data entry. How it works: 1. Record a donor visit note in QuickAction 2. AI extracts all CRM fields automatically 3. Open the Add Action form in RE NXT 4. Tap "Auto-Enter" — the extension fills every field instantly 5.
