Quick Stamp — Insert Date and Time

Insert the current date and time at the cursor using a keyboard shortcut or the context menu.

Insert the current date and time without leaving the page you are editing. Place your cursor in a supported text field and press Alt+Shift+D, or right-click and choose Quick Stamp. Features: - Insert the date and time, just the date, or just the time. - Customize the format with seconds, English weekdays, and 12-hour or 24-hour time. - Add a trailing space, a new line, or nothing. - Insert at the cursor or replace selected text. - Uses your computer's local time. Click the toolbar icon to open settings. To change the shortcut, open chrome://extensions/shortcuts. Supports standard text fields, textareas, and contenteditable editors, including Google Keep. Requires Chrome desktop 123 or later. Reload open pages after installation. Browser internal pages, the Chrome Web Store, PDF viewers, local files, and some custom editors are unsupported. No data collection, analytics, external network requests, or clipboard access. Formatting preferences are saved locally.
