Quick Calm is a short everyday break in your browser from Calm Down Fast. Three exercises: • Square breathing: inhale, pause, exhale and pause for four seconds each, for four rounds. Pause, resume or stop at any time. • Notice your surroundings: notice objects, smells and sounds, then gently move parts of your body. You can skip any step; there is no timer. • Cool water: guidance for a comfortable break with cool water. No icy water, face immersion or enduring the cold; there is no timer. Available in English, Spanish, Italian, French, German, Arabic and Russian. You can turn off the breathing animation. Closing the extension window ends the exercise. No account, ads or analytics. Your chosen language and accepted terms version stay locally in your browser. The extension does not read visited pages or upload exercise data. All exercise code and instructions are included in the package. Links to the website and the Calm Down Fast Android app are optional: the extension works independently. This tool is for an everyday break. It does not assess your health, replace medical care or promise a particular result. Only perform comfortable actions and stop if you feel discomfort.
