Quantobooks QBO Bridge is the official Chrome companion for Quantobooks — the AI review workspace built for accounting firms. The extension wires the QuickBooks Online "For Review" bank-feed queue into your Quantobooks workspace so AI-suggested categorizations land directly inside the QBO UI you already work in. WHAT IT DOES • Captures the For Review queue automatically when you open a client's banking page in QBO. Pending items appear in your Quantobooks workspace ready for review. • Applies suggested categorizations on your behalf. Accept a suggestion in Quantobooks and the extension drives the matching QBO row to categorize itself — no copy-pasting, no leaving the QBO tab. • Works across every client your firm has connected. Sign in once with your firm token; the extension authorizes every QBO realm your firm has paired with Quantobooks. • Full audit trail. Every scrape, every applied suggestion, and every failure is logged back to your Quantobooks workspace, so you can review before close.
