Rozšírenie QSign Desktop je určené na elektronické podpisovanie dokumentov na portáloch verejnej správy. Zabezpečuje prepojenie prehliadača s aplikáciou QSign Desktop a umožňuje podpisovanie dokumentov na oficiálnych štátnych portáloch, vrátane podpisovania prostredníctvom mobilného zariadenia. Rozšírenie funguje len na vybraných stránkach verejnej správy a slúži výlučne na účely elektronického podpisovania. Neodosiela žiadne údaje na internet a nezhromažďuje osobné informácie.
