qrsr — QR Screen Reader
ExtensionTools
Overview
Frame any QR code on the page with a resizable box, decode it, and auto-open URLs.
Read QR codes straight off your screen — no phone, no camera. Draw a resizable box over any QR code on the page, click Scan, and qrsr screenshots the tab, crops to your selection, and decodes it instantly. If the code is a web link, it opens in a new tab automatically. Because it reads the rendered pixels, it works on QR codes that image-only scanners miss — codes drawn on a <canvas>, set as CSS backgrounds, served from another domain, or shown inside an in-page PDF.
