QR Code Reader
Overview
Scan and decode QR codes from uploaded images, active web pages, screenshots, and clipboard.
Scan, decode and generate QR codes directly in your browser. • Scan QR codes on the current web page, or right-click an image and choose “Scan this QR code”. • Read QR codes from uploaded images, screenshots or images pasted from your clipboard. • Generate QR codes from text or links and download them as PNG files. QR generation works offline. • View readable results for links, Wi-Fi, phone numbers, email, SMS, locations, vCards and OTP codes. Open links in a new tab. • Keep up to 50 recent scans in this browser’s local storage. Wi-Fi and OTP payloads are excluded from saved history and exports. • Choose a light or dark theme, use keyboard navigation, and switch between English, Vietnamese and Simplified Chinese. Privacy and storage QR processing takes place in your browser. Scan history and QR payloads stay in local browser storage. Preferences such as language, theme and history settings may sync through your signed-in Chrome account when Chrome Sync is available.
