QR Code (Generator and Reader)

Before a few months was much better and practical and i was recommending it to everybody. Now i think i will need to find something else. Sadly.

I have tried many extensions (often junk), and this one definitely stands out, looks professionally crafted. Several features are placed in the right place and handy. History to cache QR codes are good, but please make it available in my other devices as well, so please release that profile or login feature soon to sync them. Rest all good, keep up the good work.

Beautiful QR extension that has easy to use features, options and very useful history of all codes created in the past. I like its design - very clean and elegant. The auto-detect QR code's data is simply amazing and can't explain how much it is useful. I strongly recommend this extension.

The BEST QR extension 🎖️! The design is clean and more options to configure QR properties. The History feature is very helpful to reuse previously created QR codes. The best part is checking details via context menu (right click) and its very convenient for quick reviews. Looking for Analytics and Profile feature very soon! Thank you! 🙏

The only reason I chose this app before 2.0 is that the app was completely offline. Now, this advantage is gone. Furthermore, it generates QR codes by forcibly sending and converting normal links to its short links through their server, which is absolutely unacceptable.

The new version is completely un-trustable. Why you have to convert current, clean URL to a suspicious shortlink?

The PERFECT and ADVANCED QR code extension that has every important features! Whether it is creating QR code, editing, copying, sharing and all, working great and faster. Definitely the BEST extension on the internet! The UI is just awesome!

Unbelievable, hey, are you serious? Automatically access YouTube videos. The sudden sound is scary. Why not open the extension's own page to alert users of new features?

Hi QsQ, thanks for your feedback. As explained in previous comment, it's just a demo video to help users understand the features quickly. Opening its own page may not help as I cannot show case all features in those few screenshots, but the video can clearly demonstrate many features and its experience. However, I just made that update and it now goes to its Chrome page.

So scary! Just now, I was browsing a certain webpage with Chrome (it had nothing to do with QR Code, and it would not trigger its activation), and suddenly a new tab was opened in Chrome, and I visited https://www.youtube.com /watch?v=uy3gLRVSkwQ

Hi Chris, thanks for your feedback and don't have to worry much. We just updated the extension with lot of features and that video is just a demo of those features to help users understand better quickly. This experience (onInstall, onUpdate, onDelete) has been there for years for the same use case and offered by Chrome itself. Technically, there is absolutely no issues and honestly its a good intention to help users. I hope you understand, check the quality features and update your review accordingly. It has taken several months of efforts building it, hope you support it.

This is exactly what I was looking for, thinking firstly to dev it in my own web-app, but don't need to anymore as it works perfect from the extension! Just small suggestion, solid icon would be better than transparent png as its barely visible in dark theme. Works also on Brave.
