Qnox is a local PII redaction tool for AI prompts. Review names, email addresses, phone numbers and other sensitive details before copying or inserting text into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, etc. Replace selected personally identifiable information (PII) with readable placeholders while keeping control over what you share. Use it when drafting client messages, working with internal notes or preparing examples that contain private details. What you can do • Mask personal information: detect supported sensitive details locally, review the matches and choose what to replace. • Review before sharing: compare your draft with the protected preview, then copy it or insert it into a supported site's message box. Qnox never clicks Send. • Protect custom details: add project names, internal terms or other phrases that you want hidden. Save universal custom masks for future prompts. • Restore original text: switch between Restore text and Show tokens for saved placeholders in supported conversations. • Choose your workflow: use quick masking beside the message box, press Alt+Shift+Q for the full editor, or redact and copy text from the toolbar popup for another site. • Adjust your settings: choose detector categories and enable optional warnings about sensitive-looking responses or attachment names. Attachment contents are not inspected. Qnox integrates with seven AI chat services. See the supported-sites screenshot for the complete list. Popup redaction can be used to prepare text for other websites. Detection runs in your browser with no Qnox server, remote detection service or analytics.
