Overview

A professional browser-native QA execution workspace for manual testers and SDETs. Offline-first.

QA Workspace is a browser-native testing workspace that lives in the Chrome side panel, built for manual QA testers and SDETs who want to run test cases right next to the app they're testing — without switching tabs or tools. Import your test cases from Excel or CSV, execute them step by step in the side panel, capture screenshots of the page under test, log defects, and export polished reports for your team. Everything runs locally on your machine. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Import test cases — Drag and drop Excel or CSV files. Rows are validated and previewed before import, so bad data never sneaks in. • Execute step by step — A focused runner with a live timer, autosave, and one-key status marking (Pass / Fail / Blocked / Skip). • Capture evidence — Screenshot the active tab and attach it directly to the current step. • Track defects — Log issues with severity, priority, and status, linked to the exact step that failed. • Add notes — Jot observations, blockers, and retest hints per step. • Dashboard — See pass rate, module breakdown, and recent activity at a glance. • Export reports — Generate PDF, Excel, or CSV reports with summaries, failed cases, screenshots, notes, and defects. • Keyboard-driven — Alt+N/P to move between steps, Alt+1–4 to mark status, Alt+S to capture, and more. All shortcuts are customizable. • Light / dark / system themes. PRIVACY FIRST QA Workspace is fully offline. It makes zero network requests, contains no analytics, no telemetry, and no AI. All your data stays on your device in Chrome's local storage and can be wiped any time from Settings. EXPECTED IMPORT FORMAT Your spreadsheet needs these columns: TC_ID, Module, Title, Step_No, Step, Expected_Result, and an optional Priority (LOW / MEDIUM / HIGH / CRITICAL). Multiple rows with the same TC_ID become a multi-step test case. Open the side panel from the toolbar icon and start testing.
