QA Toolkit is a testing and debugging companion for property application (APv3) and resident (RPv3) portals. It fills forms with realistic test data in one click and turns any broken page into a complete bug report. It runs only on those portal pages and does nothing anywhere else. FILL PAGE • One click (or Alt+Shift+F) fills the current application step: names, date of birth, ID, address, employment, income, emergency contact, dropdowns, checkboxes and dates. • Questions a property adds to its own form get a sensible value: amounts, numbers, Yes/No answers or text. • Optional auto-fill of each new page, once. It never presses Continue or Submit for you. • Test SSNs are typed only on QA sites; on production the SSN is always left for the tester. TEST PEOPLE • Unique, readable test emails (date-time-random), never repeated, with one test person per property. • A history page lists every test person with prospect id, property, company, status and last step. Search it, filter QA / Live, export to CSV. REPORT A PROBLEM • One click collects a screenshot, error messages on screen and in the console, failed and recent API calls and the FullStory session link. • Application details for dev: prospect id, property and unit ids, status, lease term and current step, with record ids copied exactly. • A link to check the property’s back-office connection. • Payment failures are captured automatically at the moment they happen. • Copy the report into Teams or Jira, or download it as one file. LIVE MONITORS • API & page errors window: HTTP errors, errors hidden inside successful responses, duplicate calls and failed frames, counted in a badge. • FullStory, GA4 / GTM and cookie-consent status, each in its own window. • Floor plan and unit tags: Affordable / Market, availability, Waitlist and more. PRIVACY Everything stays in your browser. The extension makes no network requests of its own, has no analytics and loads no remote code. Logs are kept per tab and cleared when the browser closes.
