PurpleSkip: Auto Skip for Crunchyroll

Automatically skip intros, recaps, credits, previews and more on Crunchyroll with Binge Mode and native target prebuffering.

PurpleSkip is a configurable auto-skip and binge-watching extension for Crunchyroll. When an episode opens, it discovers the skip markers the player already provides, maps them through the player's native timeline, and prepares enabled destinations ahead of playback. With a zero-second delay, it acts as soon as a supported marker becomes active—without waiting for the on-screen button animation. AUTOMATIC SKIPPING - Skip Intro - Skip Recap or Summary - Skip Credits, Outro, or Ending - Skip Preview - Skip Promo - Skip Bumper PurpleSkip never invents chapter times. It acts only on native markers the current player exposes as skippable. If no supported marker exists, that section remains manual. NATIVE TARGETS AND PREBUFFERING - Uses the player's native stitched-timeline conversion instead of treating stream timestamps as guessed video positions. - Prepares enabled targets through the active player's audio and video buffer. - Handles a supported marker at the start of an episode before its own autoplay attempt proceeds. - Keeps user delays separate from buffering: zero skips immediately; 0.5–30 seconds is an intentional viewing choice. The first load still depends on the connection and player. PurpleSkip checks real target coverage instead of adding a fake waiting timer. BINGE MODE AND EIGHT CONTROLS Binge Mode enables Intro, Recap, Credits/Outro, Preview, Promo, Bumper, Next Episode, and autoplay with zero delay. Every action has its own switch and 0–30 second delay. The master switch pauses everything without losing those choices, and changes apply to open watch pages without a reload. PurpleSkip primes Crunchyroll's native Next Episode control as soon as the site exposes it, then selects it only after a safe end cue. This lets Crunchyroll prepare its own route data without an early navigation. Autoplay makes limited attempts when Chrome permits them and never resumes a detected manual pause. LOCAL-ONLY PRIVACY When enabled, PurpleSkip temporarily processes the matching watch-page URL/path; native marker IDs, types and times; the stitched timeline; visible player/end-screen state; buffered audio/video ranges; and playback state. This stays on the device and is never retained, transmitted, sold, or shared. Chrome storage contains only the consent record and local configuration. There are no analytics, ads, telemetry, tracking pixels, extension-originated network requests, or remotely hosted code. COMPATIBILITY AND AFFILIATION PurpleSkip runs only on supported HTTPS watch pages at www.crunchyroll.com. It uses the site's authorized player and skippable markers. It does not bypass sign-in, subscriptions, DRM, advertisements, geographic restrictions, or other access controls. PurpleSkip is unofficial and independent.
