Good clean simple view that uniquely goes left to right vs scrolling down. Good mom and pop extension. Full screen and font adjustment options only. Last update 2013.

Finally a reading extension that doesn't waste as much white space. The other extensions clear the left and right sides, but they don't make use of it like Purify does. A couple option ideas: 1) Option for two columns instead of three. Two columns keeps the viewing angle more centered. 2) Right arrow moves you two columns instead of just one.
