PSAInsights Sidekick

Shows PSAInsights intelligence beside the ticket, company or contact open in your PSA.

PSAInsights Sidekick puts what you already know about a customer next to the record you are working on. When you open a ticket, company or contact in your PSA, a small tab appears at the edge of the page. Open it and the panel shows the PSAInsights intelligence for that record: the customer knowledge your team has built up, contact context, sentiment and health, with links through to the full app. It is a briefing, not a dashboard. The panel shows the few things that matter for the customer in front of you, ranked by relevance, and stays quiet when it has nothing worth saying. The Sidekick is a companion to a PSAInsights subscription and signs in with your existing PSAInsights account. It reads the address and title of the page you are on, and on ConnectWise Manage a few on-screen record fields, enough to work out which record you are looking at. Never ticket text, notes or attachments. Autotask, Halo PSA and ConnectWise Manage are supported today. You need a PSAInsights account to use this extension.
