Provion Accelerate

Human-in-the-loop portal assist for Provion enrollment workflows.

Provion Accelerate is a workflow assistant for healthcare enrollment operators using the Provion platform. It bridges the gap between your Provion enrollment workspace and payer portal websites — reducing manual data entry, preventing transcription errors, and keeping every portal action synced to the provider's enrollment record. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open a provider's enrollment task in Provion and click "Launch Accelerate." 2. The extension opens the payer portal in a new tab, pre-scoped to that provider's session. 3. Click Activate in the extension toolbar popup on the payer portal tab. 4. The overlay appears — login guidance, a form-fill plan, and a reference number capture field load from Provion. 5. Review and fill selected fields. Capture the portal's confirmation or reference number. 6. Sync — the action log, filled fields, and reference number are written back to the provider's enrollment record in Provion automatically. WHAT IT DOES • Page detection: identifies which portal page is active and loads the right fill plan • Smart fill: maps canonical provider data fields to portal form inputs using deterministic and heuristic matching — no auto-submit, operator reviews every fill • Reference capture: detects or accepts manual entry of payer confirmation numbers • Sync-back: posts a structured action log to Provion so the enrollment record stays current without copy-paste WHAT IT DOES NOT DO • Does not auto-submit forms — the operator always clicks Submit • Does not store credentials in the extension • Does not run in the background on unrelated websites • Does not access any website unless the operator explicitly launches a session from Provion PERMISSIONS Access to payer portal websites is requested one domain at a time, only when you launch a session. Chrome will show a permission prompt the first time a new payer portal domain is used. No broad access is pre-granted. Provion Accelerate is intended for use by credentialing and enrollment staff at healthcare organizations using the Provion platform. A Provion account is required.
