ProTech Sales Assistant is an internal-use sales intelligence tool for ProTech Professional Technical Services sales representatives. The extension surfaces ProTech's CRM and training history alongside the pages reps already use every day: - On Microsoft Dynamics 365 contact and account pages: shows training history, opportunity pipeline, account relationship timeline, and CASL compliance status for the contact in view - On LinkedIn profile pages: identifies whether the person or company is in ProTech's CRM, and shows the same relationship and training context Reps can also: - Generate AI-drafted sales emails tailored to the contact's history, role, and training background - Prep for sales calls with AI-generated objective, opening line, talking points, objection handlers, and outcome-tracking - Log call outcomes and follow-up actions back to the CRM - Chat with an AI assistant about a specific account or contact This extension is distributed privately to ProTech sales staff and requires credentials issued by ProTech. It is not intended for general public use. Data privacy: The extension does not collect browsing history, page content from unrelated websites, or any data outside of ProTech-managed records.
