Text the listing agent from the MLS screen. One click reads the listing and opens Messages with the number and the text filled in. Setting up a showing usually means copying the agent's number off the MLS screen, opening Messages, pasting, then typing the address, the MLS number, and the time you want. AskTime turns that into one click. Open a listing in your MLS (OneKey Matrix today) or on a Zillow property page, click the P, and the showing request is already written: the property address, the MLS number, the agent's first name, and your showing time. Press Open in Messages and the Messages app opens with the agent's number and the text in place. You press send. WHAT IT DOES FOR YOU 1. Reads the listing you already have on screen. Address, MLS number, listing agent, and the showing contact number. On Zillow it reads the name sitting next to each number, so the text greets the right person and office lines stay out of the way. 2. Writes the request in your words. Set your signature once (name, brokerage, cell, card link) and it rides on every text. Edit the message once and AskTime remembers your wording. 3. Hands everything to Messages. Number and text carried over, and the text is also on your clipboard as a backstop. WHAT IT NEVER DOES 1. No account, no sign up, no server. Nothing leaves your computer. 2. No automatic sending.
