works much better on Domain but seems does not work for Acreage/Sime-Rural properties. Can it be improved?

As an agent in Adelaide with a price guide for all my listings, my clients let me. I LOVE THIS! Thank you I find it works much better on Domain than the other websites. I wish it could work on my iPad.

Brilliant. The RE agents do actually have to do their job and input some sort of range when they list, it's just that they dont always want to tell us. How we are supposed to know what is in their minds I don't know, I think it is the height of rudeness not to be up front with a price. This extension gets around their rudeness and at least gives you a range to start from. I use it with Chrome. Thanks.

Great idea - but looks as though its pricing is capped at $5m - which really limits its effectiveness if you're searching for a house in a capital city or rural properties. Surely the agent must put in a more detailed/accurate price for it to be able to sequence correctly when searches are done by price min/max or high/low? It doesn't cap out at 5m. On Realestate you'll get limited by the advertising range that was set on the property which annoyingly can be very generic. Checking the same property on Domain you should get better results because we calculate that one using the filters. If you can send through an example I can double check for you though.

Does exactly what it says on the box. Gives prices for EVERY property on Aussie real estate sites. Brilliant stuff - thank you

I love the idea, was really hoping it would work for realestate.com commercial though and it doesn't :( Would be great if that could be added!
