Paste a rough prompt, choose the assistant you are actually about to use, and get back a prompt built for that assistant specifically. The per-assistant rewrite is the point, and it is the bit most tools skip. For Claude, the sections come back XML-tagged, which is Anthropic's own documented guidance. For ChatGPT, you get a strict schema with capitalised headers and short imperative lines. For Gemini, numbered sequential steps plus an explicit output-format block. For Grok, a stated role and a clear instruction on whether to go and find current information, and deliberately no "think step by step", because that degrades the output of a model which already reasons by default. Same intent, four genuinely different rewrites. You can check that for yourself in ten seconds by running one prompt through all four. WHERE IT WORKS A floating Rewrite button appears right next to the message box on the supported assistants' own sites, so you rewrite in place without leaving the page. There is also a standalone popup you can open anywhere: paste text in, copy the rewritten version out. IT NEVER ASKS YOU QUESTIONS Genuine gaps come back marked [FILL IN: ...] so you complete them in seconds, instead of having a back-and-forth with a form. It pulls out the goal, the constraints, the deadline, who has authority to decide what, and what "done" actually looks like. FIFTEEN LANGUAGES Set your language once and the rewritten prompt comes back in it, section headers included. Code, file paths and tag names stay untranslated. Lifetime: GBP 79 once. PRIVACY The extension sends your prompt to proper-prompt.com to be rewritten, and contacts no other server. It reads the text you typed into the message box, only at the moment you click Rewrite. It does not read the rest of the page and does not track you. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO Stated plainly so nobody is misled: text prompts only, with no image or video prompt optimisation. No team workspace or shared prompt library yet. No public API yet. It is run by a small operation, not a funded team, and support is email, usually same day.
