Prepare job applications in Chrome with your saved profile and answers, then review before submission.

Propel Extension helps you fill out job applications in Chrome using your saved information and documents. Start from a job page, open Propel's side panel, and ask it to fill the application. Propel reads the live form, fills supported fields, attaches the document you authorize, and follows the application steps. It asks you when information is missing or conflicting, and shows the result when a control or step needs your attention. Pause, stop, or resume a task from the panel. Saved information helps Propel reason about differently worded fields. It can select supported choices, format dates and amounts, and draft open-ended answers from your documents under your writing settings. You can inspect and correct saved information and control where it may be reused. New or sensitive personal answers still need your own input when they are not supported by what you provided. Auto-submit is on by default for applications you authorize Propel to complete. Turn it off in Settings to review and submit each application yourself. Some websites require you to sign in, complete a human check, or finish a step manually. Propel reports when it cannot verify an action or outcome. Your Propel account stores saved answers, original documents and extracted text, task history, and readable model inputs and outputs in Supabase. Chrome keeps your sign-in session, local copies, and changes waiting to synchronize. To complete requested AI work, relevant page content, saved information, and document text may be sent through Propel's authenticated service to OpenAI and Jev. Visual planning may also send a screenshot containing information visible on the task page. Employer browser-session cookies and credentials stay in the browser. Read the privacy policy for provider, retention, and deletion details. Propel works inside Chrome and does not require the legacy Mac app or Propel Bridge.
