Please cancel my subscription & payment

I sent an email to team@getpronounce.com and asked to cancel my subscription & payment, but nobody replied.

I would like to cancel the subscription and payment that was automatically charged on 05/06/2025, covering the period from 06/06/2024 to 05/06/2025. Since my free trial ends on 06/05/2024, there is no reason for me to be charged 05/06/2025. Please assist with this issue.

Hi, where exactly can I read more on how you guys process the data that I select with the chrome extension in order for it to be pronounced?
What happens if, for example, I select my password from a login field and ask for it to be pronounced?

Options don't work…

GetPropounce Team,
Something's wrong with the options. I'll fix the review when you guys fix it.
When clicking "Options", the JS won't run.

Source code has:

Consol only spits out this:

Done all the trouble shooting, enabled all permissions everywhere I could, added manually the site to allow JS, turned off all extensions, deleted and installed again, tried on a new account, nothing. The bug's on your side.

Unable To Use Read-Aloud

Record Speech Latest Version

It seems the latest version got difficult. I really like the old version and was simple for reading, speaking, and recording. It seems there is an issue where you cannot record and recording option just kept loading. You don't hear your speech back. The pronounce extension menu became not friendly useful. Please check issues.
