A Chrome extension that shows how many trees your AI conversations would need to offset their environmental impact. Turn your prompts into a visual forest of leaves and trees. What It Does Every time you ask AI a question, computers work hard to give you an answer. This uses electricity, and electricity production affects our forests. Promptree estimates how many trees are impacted with each prompt you send. How It Works Just install Promptree and use an AI chat normally. You'll see a small counter showing how many trees were impacted for each conversation. What You'll See • Tree counter for each AI response • Total trees impacted in your session in popup Why Trees? Trees are easy to understand. Instead of showing complex energy numbers, Promptree converts everything into something everyone can picture. Privacy Promptree only counts your prompts and does simple math. It doesn't read your conversations or send your data anywhere. Everything happens on your computer.
