How your data is stored PromptMate uses Google Sign-In to sync your prompts to a hidden, app-only folder in your personal Google Drive. This folder is sandboxed, so PromptMate cannot see or modify any other file in your Drive. No backend server is involved; prompts move directly between your browser and your Drive. Usage counters (created, used, copied, edited, deleted) are stored on your device and never leave it unless you click "Share Analytics", which copies a summary to your clipboard.
