Prompt2Cal turns plain-English plans into Google Calendar or Outlook events. Type, speak or select something like "Dinner with Sarah next Thursday at 7pm at Nando's", check the details, and add it to your calendar in one click. Key features: • Natural language input – "Lunch with Sam tomorrow at 1pm", "Team meeting every Monday at 9am for 6 weeks", "Coffee at 10am and dentist at 3pm" • Google Calendar and Outlook – sign in with either and choose which calendar events go to • Right-click to add – select event details in an email or on any web page, right-click, and choose "Add to calendar with Prompt2Cal" • Keeps working when you close it – parsing carries on in the background, and the toolbar badge shows when your event is ready • Review before anything is added – nothing reaches your calendar until you confirm it, and any detail that wasn't in your text (like a guessed time) is highlighted • Clash warnings – see when an event overlaps something already in your calendar, with the nearest free times offered instead • Find a free time – choose a length, how far ahead and which hours, and see the open slots in your calendar • Recurring events, time ranges and several events from one message • Voice input – speak your event instead of typing • Edit before creating – change any detail, add guests, a Google Meet or Teams link, a colour or category, and a reminder How it works: 1.
