It looks only for material issues that could prevent a strong answer instead of forcing every request into the same template. A detailed request may already be ready. When changes are needed, Advisor shows up to three ranked recommendations. Each explains the issue, why it matters, and the decision to make. When no material issue is found, Advisor confirms that the request is ready.
