Insert saved prompts, expand /shortcuts, and capture prompts into Prompt Organizer on ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity.

Prompt Organizer Companion connects supported AI chat pages to My prompts. Capture a draft, the first sent user message, or the latest assistant response, then review, pin, edit, copy, and reuse it. The companion works on four maintained AI chat products: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity. The popup saves captures locally and shows a pinned-first, recent list of at most six cards with a View all action, direct Copy, editing, and confirmed deletion. You can also continue a reviewed capture into the full Prompt Organizer app. The side panel adds previews, local pins, sorting, editing, duplicate review, confirmations, Undo, backup and restore, and staged insertion. The floating in-chat launcher provides prompt tiles, search, previews, variables, and insertion. Its capture controls send one-off drafts, opening messages, or assistant responses to Stage without adding them to My prompts. Chrome commands open Companion or capture a draft, while the po address-bar keyword searches your local library. You can also save selected page text from Chrome's context menu. The side panel includes a Catalogue view powered by library.promptorganizer.app. Search by keyword, filter by kind, page through results, and insert, copy, or save an approved item. Saving keeps its kind, structured payload, and library provenance. Add your Prompt Organizer Library API key in Settings to load your private prompts too. Catalogue access requires a network connection; the core local library works offline. Pair the full app with Companion using a one-time code. Transfers require approval for the exact request in Companion Settings. The app shows partial-transfer exclusions before requesting approval. Rejected or expired automatic requests pause until you explicitly review them again. Prompt Organizer is built for people who treat prompts like working knowledge: reusable, refined, private, and portable. The full app provides prompt organization, tags, search, Prompt Builder workflows, local vault backup, share links, file-to-context tools, markdown rendering, and token estimation while preserving the product's local-first architecture. This extension provides a browser-native capture and reuse surface alongside the full web app. Requires Chrome 116 or later.
