Prepares and files eligible GlobalPost claims from a connected PromiseDesk merchant account.

PromiseDesk Claim Assistant connects Chrome to a merchant's PromiseDesk account so eligible GlobalPost 2Day Promise claims can be prepared and filed securely. After a one-time pairing, the extension retrieves only the claim work assigned to the connected merchant. It opens the specific GlobalPost claim form in a dedicated minimized Chrome processing window, enters the required claim details, attaches PromiseDesk's generated timeline evidence, and reports the result to the merchant's PromiseDesk workspace without interrupting the merchant's active browser window. The extension is designed for a narrow claim workflow: • Works only with the connected PromiseDesk account and the GlobalPost claim form. • Stores the merchant's pairing token in the local Chrome profile. • Does not read browsing history or run on unrelated websites. • Safely resumes queued work after Chrome restarts. A PromiseDesk merchant account is required.
