Unable to use on ReplyCo
Since the last update to the extension, the snippets no longer autofill after pressing shift+space in the website ReplyCo. ProKeys does work still on other sites such as online notepads and we have to copy and paste our messages as a workaround. Can this be fixed to work on ReplyCo again?

Data Reset
I just found out today that my ProKeys data has been totally wiped out. I tried uninstalling and installing again but it is the same issue. I have a backup copy of the data but there is not even an option now to import a data or to create a new data. Has the developer stopped servicing this program? Or is there a fix to the problem soon? I enjoyed using the extension in Chrome as it has saved me a lot of time for the past years.

I have just opened up ProKeys and it says there is a problem as it can't find the data
I have just opened up ProKeys and it says there is a problem as it can't find the data. I tried reinstalling it but now when I click snippets, it does not open that page

Tweaked Placeholders
I would find a tweaked function of placeholders useful. Instead of tabbing through all placeholders in a snip to replace, It would be nice to submit the text to be replaced once before the hotkey and have it autofilled to all placeholders in the snip. For example, after typing the snip, maybe then type what you want filled, in brackets, then go through and autofill each placeholder with whatever was in the brackets.

I accidently removed prokeys extension and I need it back
I accidently removed prokeys extension from my computer and when I restored it everything was gone. Is there a way to get all of my snippets back?

How can I have a snippet input the ampersand verses &
Example: Tolls & Citations, when I use the hot key and insert the snippet it , it displays Tolls & Citations.
