Ribbon stays grey on all websites?

Hi, I am excited to use this extension but the ribbon in the top right of the browser stays grey on all websites I visit. I think I've enabled access to anything it needs... suggestions?

not working?

Hi, I've had the ext on my chromebook for a couple years, but suddenly it doesn't appear to be coming up (it always did before). I've removed and reinstalled, it seems to have the right 'settings'. Any suggestions? Thx. Jeff

How do I launch the extension?

I've downloaded Progressive Shopper but it's not showing the icon in the upper right. I've restarted Chrome, still no joy. Thanks.
