ProfileFitCheck helps recruiters make faster, more consistent hiring decisions by scoring LinkedIn profiles against a structured role ICP, directly in your browser. HOW IT WORKS 1. Under settings: add your role and paste your ICP criteria 2. Click "Generate Scoring Dimensions": AI extracts structured competencies and suggested weights from your ICP 3. Review, adjust, and confirm your dimensions (weights must total 100%) 4. Open any LinkedIn profile: companies are detected automatically (sometimes may need to be added manually/reviewed) 5. Hit 'Score the candidate': each dimension is scored 0–100 and the overall score is a calculated weighted average WHAT YOU GET 1. A transparent 0–100 candidate score based on your defined criteria 2. Dimension-level scores with evidence from the profile 3. Strengths, gaps, and red flags 4. A clear recommendation on whether to progress BUILT FOR RECRUITERS WHO CARE ABOUT QUALITY 1. Powered by your choice of Google Gemini or OpenAI (your own API key, your own quota) AI PROVIDER & COSTS - ProfileFitCheck supports both Google Gemini and OpenAI as AI providers. - Switch between them in Settings using your own API key for either. - Google Gemini offers a free tier at aistudio.google.com, sufficient for occasional use. For regular daily use, a paid Google Cloud account is recommended. Costs are low for typical recruiter usage: you can monitor your spend in Google Cloud Console and set a budget cap to stay in control. - OpenAI is pay-as-you-go only. Costs are similarly low for typical recruiter usage and can be monitored in your OpenAI account dashboard. - You are billed directly by Google or OpenAI. ProfileFitCheck does not charge anything and has no subscription. SETUP TAKES 5 MINUTES 1. Get an API key from aistudio.google.com (Gemini) or platform.openai.com (OpenAI). 2. Once added in Settings, the extension is ready to use on any LinkedIn profile.
