Productor for Merch by Amazon

It is a drama and just sad what the new owners have done with this once unique and great tool. How can you drive such a miracle into the wall like that...

As a longtime user of Productor for Merch by Amazon, I feel compelled to share my recent experience with this Chrome extension. Honestly, I've only had problems with the add-on since I sold Productor. Suddenly I can no longer load the “Products” category. The only solution is to delete the addon completely and install it again. But then I have to load all the products/designs into Productor again or have them read out, which takes ages. That can't be the solution! The support team also told me that THAT is the only solution. Outrageous!

Used to be great but now the program stops working for weeks at a time, not giving notifications of new sales or updating the graphs. Starts working again for a week or two then has the same issue over and over. It's a shame because when it's working it's a great program, but I'm fed up with it.

Since the original developer no longer maintains the tool, you can see how the Producer is getting worse and worse.

Doesn't work anymore

Used to be great, now it's no use at all ... I've contacted a couple of times to get it fixed but no, now it's even worse than ever - great shame

This extension simply does not work well anymore other maybe basic information. For example, on the Products page, there is no way to the next page of rows. It doesn't handle large accounts well at all.
