Capture customer feedback from any web page into ProductLift.

Turn any highlighted text on the web into a ProductLift feedback post without leaving the page. Built for support and product teams who triage customer feedback wherever it lands, whether that's an email client, a social feed, a helpdesk conversation, or a community thread. WHAT YOU GET • One-click capture — Right-click a selection on any page and choose "Send selection to ProductLift". The side panel opens with the text pre-filled as a draft. • Source URL as reference — The page URL is attached to the post as a reference. • Live duplicate check — As you type the title, the extension shows the closest existing posts so you can add a vote instead of creating a duplicate. • Author picker — Detected emails auto-fill the author. Otherwise, autocomplete users by name or email. Unknown emails create a new member on submit. • Vote on behalf — One checkbox to cast a vote for the picked author so "customer X asked for Y" lands in the right person's history. • Category + tags — Pre-set them on capture. Server-side auto-tagging still runs and is additive. • Search tab — Look up existing posts (title, description, references, Jira/Azure keys) straight from the side panel, no capture needed. • Copy URL — After creating a post, one click to grab the URL for a follow-up reply to the customer.
