Exactly what I needed. I don't want to block youtube entirely cause I like to listen to music on this, but this reminds me to only use it for music - not indefinite mind-numbing videos.

I'd like to see a feature added that removes only certain thumbnails based on the title of said video to avoid distraction when I need to be on YouTube.

Does help productivity.Especially useful for procrastinating students like me. You could completely disable the sidebar though.
