ProducerIO Assistant helps authorized agency staff with client intake in GoHighLevel and Medicare eligibility workflows launched from ProducerIO. In GoHighLevel, open a contact to view and update client and policy details across Medicare, ACA, Life, Annuities, and Ancillary. Existing staff sign-in and account routing are preserved. In ProducerIO, after confirming client consent, launch Spark or Humana eligibility workflows with client details filled in by the extension. An authorized account with the selected service is required. On supported Spark and Integrity results pages, select Capture MARx to save the displayed beneficiary results to the linked client record in ProducerIO or the Phil-Am portal. This combines the former separate MARx Capture extension with the intake and eligibility assistant. Formerly Phil-Am Client Intake. Intended for authorized agency staff.
