ProcureAI Assist fills your MWBE certification application pages with the answers you've already prepared in ProcureAI. It saves hours of retyping and catches mistakes before you submit. How it works 1. Sign in with your ProcureAI email. We email you a one-time code, so no password is needed, even if you use Google to sign in to ProcureAI. 2. Log in to the NYS Empire State MWBE Hub or NYC SBS Connect as you normally do. 3. Open ProcureAI Assist. It shows the answers for the section you're on. 4. Click "Fill this page". Matched fields are filled and outlined in green. Anything that needs your attention is highlighted. 5. Review every answer, then click Next and Submit on the portal yourself. Your privacy and control - It never asks for or stores your state portal password. - It never clicks Next or Submit. You stay in control of your application. - It only runs on the NYS Empire State MWBE Hub and NYC SBS Connect application sites. - It doesn't save your answers on your computer. Requires a ProcureAI account (procureapp.ai). Available in English and Spanish.
