ProctorExam Activity Sharing

i never write review on extensions. but this is a terrible extension. my external microphone is working fine in windows i am able to test and record but this extension cannot detect the volume. After spending 1 hour with technical support, it was simply due to my external speaker connected to headphone jack. If you are using external speaker for exam via 3.5mm input for pc and also external mic. the mic will not work. YOU WILL NEED USB EXTERNAL SPEAKER.

Went to sit my exam at 12.30, done a system check days before, done a system check today to check i was good to go, kept telling me to download the extension but when i clicked on the link it went back to something id already downloaded, no one to contact so i have missed my exam now. reloaded the page kept getting the same message at a loss what i can do now.

I have been trying for hours to setup the proctor exams but its very frustrating and when i emailed the team no response from them either. It is very complicated as everything has been done according to the instructions but the chrome is failing to recognise it has been installed, which leaves me not being able to sit the exam for the second time which is none of my fault.
