Procore RFI Auto Downloader — Chrome Extension Automatically exports and downloads RFI attachments from Procore. One click runs the entire list — no manual clicking through each RFI required. HOW IT WORKS Navigate to any individual RFI page in Procore, open the floating panel, and press Run. The tool will open the Export dropdown, toggle the Attachments checkbox, download the PDF (or ZIP as fallback), return to the RFI list, and move to the next RFI automatically. It repeats this for every RFI in the list until complete. FEATURES - Pre-configured for Procore's RFI export flow — no setup or recording required - Auto-Continue mode: runs through the full RFI list without stopping - Pause mode: stops after each RFI and asks whether to continue or stop - Skips RFIs with no attachment files automatically - Adjustable delay to match your connection speed - Sort mode setting — works with RFI Number or Closed Date list order - Persistent settings — panel state, delay, and sort mode are saved between sessions - Built-in console log for monitoring progress and troubleshooting GETTING STARTED 1.
