Had many instances in the past where I've had to cancel a credit card because of predatory companies, so Privacy.com seemed like the answer. My short time so far using it has already saved me a lot of money and trouble including a stolen card number from my contacts merchant. I'm now a subscriber as these guys have become absolutely worth it. I use this chrome extension and safari extension. Works well and makes it very easy handle card entries.

Easy to set up. It has never not worked. As someone who lives on his <$900 monthly retirement income and is careful what he spends money on, the free service is perfectly adequate to my needs.

Hands down the best service I have subscribed to in the last 10 years, aside from Proton products. I've used Privacy for over 5 years, and I can't imagine life without it now. So far so good. Great way to have peace of mind especially when signing up for trials. Set up a dedicated virtual credit card with a limited amount of funds when you sign up for a trial subscription you're not sure you want long-term. I turned to this after missing a "cancel my trial" date and getting dinged $120 for a subscription I don't want.

So easy to use! Having a virtual number tied to each merchant is so useful and really gives peace-of-mind when visiting unknown sites. Privacy.com was quick to resolve in my favor the one transaction I disputed. Strong recommend.
