Automatically hides sensitive account balances on the Trade Republic web app to ensure privacy in public spaces.
Enhance your privacy while checking your portfolio in public spaces, offices, or on public transport. This extension adds a "Privacy Mode" to the Trade Republic web interface. By default, it replaces all sensitive monetary values (Euro/Dollar amounts) with neutral dots (••••). Key Features: 🔒 Smart Hiding: Automatically detects and hides currency amounts. 📈 Performance Visible: Percentages (e.g., +1.5%) remain visible so you can track performance without revealing total wealth. 💾 Memory Function: Remembers your privacy setting even after reloading the page. 👁️ One-Click Toggle: Easily switch the numbers back on with a button in the bottom right corner. ✨ Discrete: Uses fixed-width dots instead of a blur effect, so the length of the number (and thus your wealth) cannot be guessed. Note: This extension runs locally on your device and does not collect or transmit any user data. It is not affiliated with Trade Republic Bank GmbH. Use at your own risk.
