PrismAI Notetaker

Capture any meeting you're already in — send the PrismAI notetaker to join with one click.

Capture any meeting you're already in — without leaving the call. When you're on a Google Meet or Microsoft Teams call, PrismAI Notetaker shows a small one-click prompt to send in the notetaker. That's it. It joins the call, transcribes everything, and turns the conversation into a clean summary, action items, and decisions — then saves it all to your PrismAI dashboard automatically. Close the tab, leave the call, shut your laptop; the notetaker keeps working and your notes are waiting for you. WHAT IT DOES • One-click capture from inside the meeting — no copying links, no separate app • Automatic transcript of the full conversation • AI summary, action items, and decisions extracted for you • Everything saved to your PrismAI account, even if you close the tab • Uses your existing PrismAI login — no second sign-in HOW IT WORKS 1. Join your Google Meet or Teams call as usual. 2. A prompt appears offering to capture the meeting. Click it (or use the toolbar popup and pick your workspace). 3. The PrismAI notetaker joins and records. When the call ends, your summary and action items are ready on your dashboard at meetprismai.com. WHO IT'S FOR Anyone who runs back-to-back calls and is tired of taking notes by hand — founders, managers, sales and customer teams, recruiters, consultants, and anyone who wants a reliable record of what was said and what was decided. PRIVACY You need a PrismAI account (meetprismai.com). The extension reads only the meeting URL of the tab you're on and your existing PrismAI session — and only when you choose to send the notetaker. It does not track your browsing, and it loads no external code. Full policy: https://www.meetprismai.com/#extension-privacy
