Print Google Docs with Comments – PDF, CSV & Markdown

Print a Google Doc with its comments in the margin, save it as PDF, export comments to CSV or Markdown. Not affiliated with Google.

Print Google Docs with comments: every comment sits in the margin, next to the passage it is about. Print it, or save it as PDF, in one click. Google Docs prints without comments, and its PDF export leaves them out too. Print with Comments lays the Doc out again with each comment, its replies, the author and the date, so a printed review or a PDF sign-off keeps the whole discussion. WHAT YOU GET • Every comment in the margin, numbered and next to its passage • Replies, authors and dates included (you can hide them) • The commented passage is highlighted • Print, or save as PDF from the print window • Export the comments to CSV or Markdown • Open it from the toolbar icon, or press Alt + Shift + P on any Google Doc PRO • Every comment in a list at the end, or both: margin and list • Letter, A4 or Legal paper, portrait or landscape • Smaller or larger text • Only one author's comments PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your document never leaves your computer. The extension reads the Doc from Google with your own session and lays it out on your computer: nothing is sent to us. The free version needs no account, and there are no ads and no tracking. WORKS WITH Google Docs you can edit or comment on, including Docs shared with you. Resolved comments are left out. Questions, or a Doc that doesn't print right?
