Print for Blackbaud Altru

This plugin and the other required workstation interface would never have been needed had Blackbaud actually handled receipt and ticket printing in a modern way by sending the job to be handled by the browser or system. Most people are fine with e-receipts, so automatic printing is a relic of the past. Let the user decide when and where to print to per transaction. This middleware is a kludge.

The extension was a life-saver for our move from IE to Chrome on our POS stations using Altru. BUT WAIT! on 12/5/18 the latest version of Chrome (71.0.3578.80) is no longer compatible with this extension! The Workstation Interface in Altru is no longer loaded and displays an error that the extension is not compatible with this version of the browser.
