Primer Pay is a browser wallet that automatically handles x402 micropayments as you browse. When you visit content protected by an x402 paywall, Primer Pay seamlessly authorizes payment and unlocks access - no signup forms, no subscriptions, no friction. How it works The x402 protocol enables websites to request small payments (from fractions of a cent upwards) directly over HTTP. When you visit an x402-enabled site, Primer Pay detects the payment request, checks it against your configured limits, and if approved, signs a gasless USDC authorization. The content unlocks instantly, and you continue browsing. Key features ⛽ Gasless transactions - Pay with USDC without needing ETH for gas.
