How to use extension

Hello. How you doing? I began using Prima but after using a search engine for the time limit that I specified, I was still able to utilize the search site. I did not see any directions on the Chrome Web Store page for this product. Did you write directions?? Do I need to daily set the extension?

Moreover, I was hoping to find an extension for Chrome and Edge or least Chrome that limits my computer time altogether with specifications for hours that I allow myself to use the computer at all. I so need those requirements since I tend to have temptations to research excessively and/or view sexually sinfully immoral things later in the day. I've tried K9 Qustodio with some success though the second one kept crashing.
