Help w/ Terms/FB?

Hi, I am looking into using the Pretty Tasks App,was reading through the 'terms/agreements' and did not understand what one of the terms/agreements meant. Can you please explain WHAT I MUST understand re: 10: You must understand that technical processing and data transfer to the service, including one of your authorship, can be handled unsecured, and can include data transfer within different networks;..Also,is there a 'working' Facebook page? When I clicked on the link from site and searched, the page is no longer available. Thank You.
