Presend runs checks and actions and catches AI slop before you send any email or message, and stops you if something is wrong. Think like Github Actions for your mail and message It catches the mistakes that are hard to take back: a password pasted by accident, a customer's card number, "see attached" with nothing attached, an outside address on an internal thread. You can also add your own rules, written in plain English, for the mistakes your team keeps making. Presend does not write messages for you. It only checks them. HOW IT WORKS 1. Write a message as you normally would: in email, team chat, or any text box on the web. 2. Click Send. 3. If everything is fine, the message goes out as normal. If a rule finds a problem, Presend shows you what it found and you decide what to do. WHAT IT CHECKS FROM DAY ONE • Passwords and keys: API keys, tokens and logins pasted into a message • Personal data: card numbers, ID numbers and other private details • Misleading links: the link text names one site but goes to another • Missing attachments: you wrote "attached" but attached nothing • Outside recipients: someone outside your company on an internal thread • AI-sounding writing: phrases that make a message read like a chatbot wrote it • Off-voice tone: lines that do not sound like you You can switch any of these off or change how strict they are. ADD YOUR OWN RULES Open the dashboard and describe the mistake in a sentence: • "Flag any discount I have not been approved to offer." • "Warn me if I agree to a deadline less than two weeks away." • "Never send the words Project Falcon outside the company." Then choose what happens when the rule fires: • Block: you cannot send until you deal with it • Warn: you see a warning and can send anyway • Note: a quiet heads-up Each rule can apply everywhere, or only to email, chat or social posts. CHECK AGAINST YOUR TEAM'S TOOLS (OPTIONAL) Connect a tool your team already uses (through an MCP server or a REST API) and a rule can look facts up before you send: • "Do not promise a delivery date that contradicts the Jira ticket" • "Flag if this deal amount does not match the CRM" A spell-checker cannot do this. Logins you add for these connections are saved securely and never shown again. A rule can also run an action when it fires, so a follow-up step you would otherwise do by hand happens every time. PRIVACY Most rules run on your computer and send nothing anywhere. Passwords, personal data, links, recipients and attachments are checked without leaving your browser. Your message text is never stored on our servers. When a rule uses AI, the draft is checked and then thrown away; we keep only a one-way fingerprint (hash) of it. VoiceDNA, the rule that knows whether a draft sounds like you, learns from the messages you send. That learning stays on your computer: it is never uploaded or synced, and you can erase it at any time.
